বেতনের স্কেল: ROPA-2019 পে ম্যাট্রিক্সের পে লেভেল-16।
উল্লেখ: পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে, এবং নগর উন্নয়ন ও পৌর বিষয়ক বিভাগ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের ৪৪৭-UDMA-25011(11)/105/2021-LSG SEC তারিখ ৩০.১০.২০২৩ নম্বর স্মারকের মাধ্যমে প্রদত্ত অনুমোদন অনুসারে এই নিয়োগ। শূন্যপদের সংরক্ষণ চাওয়া সংস্থা KMC-এর চিফ ম্যানেজার (পার্সোনেল)-এর P/317/V/2025-26 তারিখ ১৯.১১.২০২৫ নম্বর স্মারক অনুসারে দেখানো হয়েছে।

৪. যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ড:

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতা ও বয়স:

যেকোনো স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে মেকানিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিংয়ে ডিগ্রি বা এর সমমানের যোগ্যতা।
কম্পিউটার অ্যাপ্লিকেশনে কাজের জ্ঞান।
বিজ্ঞপ্তির বছরের ১লা জানুয়ারি তারিখে বয়স ৩৬ বছরের বেশি হবে না।

N.B.: শুধুমাত্র মাধ্যমিক বা সমমানের শংসাপত্রে উল্লিখিত বয়স গ্রহণ করা হবে।

বয়সের ছাড়: পশ্চিমবঙ্গের তফসিলি জাতি, তফসিলি উপজাতি প্রার্থীদের জন্য উপরের বয়স সীমায় ৫ বছর এবং অন্যান্য অনগ্রসর শ্রেণীর (OBC) প্রার্থীদের জন্য ৩ বছর ছাড় থাকবে। সরকারি নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ৪০% বা তার বেশি প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের ক্ষেত্রে উপরের বয়স সীমায় ৪৫ বছর পর্যন্ত ছাড় দেওয়া হবে। একজন প্রাক্তন সেনাকর্মী তার প্রকৃত বয়স থেকে সামরিক চাকরির প্রকৃত সময় বাদ দিতে পারবেন এবং যদি ফলস্বরূপ বয়স সাব-অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট ইঞ্জিনিয়ার (সিভিল) পদের জন্য নির্ধারিত সর্বোচ্চ বয়সসীমা তিন বছরের বেশি অতিক্রম না করে তবে তিনি বয়সসীমার শর্ত পূরণ করেছেন বলে বিবেচিত হবেন।

অন্যান্য রাজ্যের প্রার্থীদের জন্য দ্রষ্টব্য: অন্যান্য রাজ্যের তফসিলি জাতি, তফসিলি উপজাতি এবং অন্যান্য অনগ্রসর শ্রেণীর প্রার্থীরা সাধারণ প্রার্থী হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবেন।

OBC শ্রেণীবিভাগ: অন্যান্য অনগ্রসর শ্রেণী (Category 'A' ও 'B') হিসাবে আবেদনের জন্য একজন প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা এই বিষয়ে অনগ্রসর শ্রেণী কল্যাণ বিভাগ কর্তৃক জারি করা বিজ্ঞপ্তি এবং এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির অনলাইন আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার শেষ তারিখ পর্যন্ত অনগ্রসর শ্রেণী কল্যাণ বিভাগ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার কর্তৃক জারি করা অন্য কোনো পরবর্তী বিজ্ঞপ্তি দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে। উল্লিখিত বিজ্ঞপ্তিগুলির কার্যকারিতা উপযুক্ত আদালতে বিচারাধীন আইনি কার্যক্রমের ফলাফলের উপর নির্ভরশীল থাকবে এবং কমিশন এই ধরনের আইনি কার্যক্রম থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো আদেশ মেনে চলবে। OBC-A ও OBC-B এর OBC শ্রেণীবিভাগ এবং OBC-এর জন্য সংরক্ষণের শতাংশ মাননীয় ভারতের সুপ্রিম কোর্টে বিচারাধীন মামলার ফলাফলের উপর নির্ভরশীল থাকবে।

EWS প্রার্থীদের জন্য: EWS ক্যাটাগরির অধীনে সংরক্ষণের সুবিধা নিম্নলিখিত কর্তৃপক্ষের যেকোনো একটি দ্বারা প্রদত্ত নির্ধারিত ফর্ম্যাটে আয় ও সম্পদ শংসাপত্র জমা দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে পাওয়া যাবে যা পরিশিষ্টে দেওয়া আছে: ১) জেলায়, সংশ্লিষ্ট মহকুমার জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট/অতিরিক্ত জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট/মহকুমা অফিসার। ২) কলকাতা মিউনিসিপ্যাল কর্পোরেশন এলাকার (KMC) জন্য জেলা কল্যাণ অফিসার, কলকাতা (D.W.O)। দ্রষ্টব্য: EWS প্রার্থীদের জন্য সংরক্ষণ পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের পার্সোনেল এবং অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেটিভ রিফর্মস ডিপার্টমেন্টের গেজেট নোটিফিকেশন নং ৩২৫-PAR(AR)/3P-1/2019 তারিখ ০৯.০৭.২০১৯ এর সাথে পঠিত গেজেট নোটিফিকেশন নং ১৮-Emp (EC)/LABR-27011(20)/1/2020-EC তারিখ ০৭.০২.২০২৩ দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে। কমিশন প্রার্থী কর্তৃক জমা দেওয়া আয় ও সম্পদ শংসাপত্র এবং অন্যান্য শংসাপত্রের সত্যতা শংসাপত্র প্রদানকারী কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে যাচাই করবে।

S.C./S.T./O.B.C (নন-ক্রিমি লেয়ার) প্রার্থীদের জন্য: S.C./S.T./O.B.C হিসাবে সংরক্ষণের সুবিধা চাওয়া প্রার্থীদের নিম্নলিখিত কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা প্রদত্ত শংসাপত্র জমা দিতে হবে: ১) জেলায়, সংশ্লিষ্ট মহকুমার মহকুমা অফিসার। ২) কলকাতায়, জেলা কল্যাণ অফিসার, কলকাতা এবং পদাধিকার বলে জয়েন্ট ডিরেক্টর, অনগ্রসর শ্রেণী কল্যাণ। উল্লিখিত শংসাপত্রটি পশ্চিমবঙ্গ S.Cs ও S.Ts (শনাক্তকরণ) আইন, ১৯৯৪ এবং S. Cs ও T.W ডিপার্টমেন্ট অর্ডার নং ২৬১-TW/EC/MR-১০৩/৯৪ তারিখ ০৬.০৪.১৯৯৫-এর সাথে পঠিত B.C.W. Deptt. অর্ডার নং ৬৩২০-BCW/MR-৮৪/১০ তারিখ ২৪.০৯.২০১০ এবং নং BCW/MR-৬১/২০১২ (Pt.) তারিখ ১২.০৭.২০১৩ অনুযায়ী হতে হবে।

বেঞ্চমার্ক প্রতিবন্ধী (PWD) প্রার্থীদের জন্য (পরিশিষ্ট সংযুক্ত):

ক) কমপক্ষে ৪০% বা তার বেশি প্রতিবন্ধী প্রার্থীদের সংরক্ষণের সুবিধা দেওয়া হবে;
খ) কমপক্ষে ৪০% বা তার বেশি প্রতিবন্ধী প্রার্থীদের জন্য বয়স ছাড়ের সুবিধা প্রাসঙ্গিক নিয়ম ও প্রবিধান অনুযায়ী সকল যোগ্য প্রার্থীদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে;
গ) উল্লিখিত সংশ্লিষ্ট সংরক্ষিত উপ-শ্রেণীগুলির অধীনে যেকোনো প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিকে তার দাবির সমর্থনে নির্ধারিত ফর্ম্যাটে স্ব-প্রত্যয়িত প্রতিবন্ধী শংসাপত্রের ফটোকপি জমা দিতে বলা হবে, যা পশ্চিমবঙ্গ প্রতিবন্ধী (সমান সুযোগ, অধিকার সুরক্ষা এবং পূর্ণ অংশগ্রহণ) আইন, ১৯৯৫ এর বিধান অনুযায়ী একজন উপযুক্ত কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা জারি করা হয়েছে, অর্থাৎ যখন প্রয়োজন হবে তখন কোনো সরকারি মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতাল, জেলা হাসপাতাল বা মহকুমা হাসপাতালগুলিতে গঠিত একটি মেডিকেল বোর্ড দ্বারা;
ঘ) যাদের প্রতিবন্ধকতা ৪০% এর কম, তাদের অসংরক্ষিত প্রার্থী হিসাবে বিবেচনা করা হবে এবং এই ক্যাটাগরির অধীনে তারা সংরক্ষণ/বয়স ছাড়ের সুবিধা পাবেন না।

৫. আবেদন ও নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া:

আবেদন পদ্ধতি: ভারতের নাগরিকরা কলকাতা পৌরসংস্থার অধীনে সহকারী প্রকৌশলী (মেকানিক্যাল) পদে নিয়োগের জন্য ০৮.১২.২০২৫ তারিখ থেকে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট www.mscwb.org এর মাধ্যমে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

নথিপত্র ও শংসাপত্র আপলোড: নির্ধারিত যোগ্যতা, বয়স, জাতি, PWD, EWS, প্রাক্তন সেনাকর্মী ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কিত নথিপত্র এবং শংসাপত্র অবশ্যই স্ক্যান করে অনলাইন আবেদনের সাথে আপলোড করতে হবে। উপযুক্ত কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক জারি করা bonafide শংসাপত্র বিজ্ঞপ্তির শেষ তারিখের মধ্যে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

বন্ড জমা দেওয়া: নথিপত্র যাচাইয়ের জন্য ডাকা প্রার্থীদের ৫০/- টাকার নন-জুডিশিয়াল স্ট্যাম্প পেপারে একটি বন্ড জমা দিতে হবে এই মর্মে যে, নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে কলকাতা পৌর কর্তৃপক্ষ যখনই জরুরি দায়িত্ব পালনের জন্য প্রয়োজন মনে করবে, তারা কলকাতা পৌরসংস্থা এলাকার মধ্যে অস্থায়ী বাসস্থান/আশ্রয়ের ব্যবস্থা করবে।

আবেদন ফি/প্রসেসিং চার্জ (অফেরতযোগ্য, শুধুমাত্র অনলাইন মোডে WBMSC-কে প্রদেয়):

For U.R., EWS & O.B.C candidates: ১৫০-০০ টাকা (একশত পঞ্চাশ টাকা) এবং প্রসেসিং চার্জ ৫০-০০ টাকা (পঞ্চাশ টাকা), অর্থাৎ মোট ২০০-০০ টাকা (দুইশত টাকা) মাত্র।
For SC, S.T. & P.W.D candidates: শুধুমাত্র প্রসেসিং চার্জ ৫০-০০ টাকা (পঞ্চাশ টাকা) প্রদেয়।
Note: No exemption of fee is available to SC/ST/OBC candidates of other states. The application fees plus processing charges as mentioned in Paras (1) and (2) above shall be collected by On-line payment method only through Indiaideas.com Limited (Bill Desk) as mentioned at WBMSC website www.mscwb.org. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor the fee can be in reserve for any other examination or selection.

নিয়োগ পদ্ধতি ও সিলেবাস:

A. পরীক্ষার ধরন: পরীক্ষা শুধুমাত্র কলকাতার কেন্দ্রে এবং দুটি ধারাবাহিক পর্যায়ে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যথা: (১) লিখিত পরীক্ষা (মাল্টিপল চয়েস অবজেক্টিভ টাইপ) (২) পার্সোনালিটি টেস্ট, যা নিচে বিস্তারিত দেওয়া হলো:

(১) লিখিত পরীক্ষা: ২০০ নম্বর। ১০০টি মাল্টিপল চয়েস, অবজেক্টিভ টাইপ প্রশ্ন সম্বলিত ওএমআর ভিত্তিক লিখিত পরীক্ষা ২০০ নম্বরের হবে, যেখানে প্রতিটি প্রশ্নের জন্য ০২ (দুই) নম্বর থাকবে। প্রতিটি ভুল/ভুল উত্তরের জন্য ০১ (এক) নম্বর নেগেটিভ মার্কিং থাকবে। প্রশ্ন ইংরেজিতে সেট করা হবে এবং সময় থাকবে ১.৫ (দেড়) ঘন্টা।
(২) পার্সোনালিটি টেস্ট: ৪০ নম্বর। পার্সোনালিটি টেস্ট কমিশনের কলকাতা অফিসে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। মেধার ভিত্তিতে শূন্যপদের ৩ (তিন) গুণ সংখ্যক প্রার্থীকে পার্সোনালিটি টেস্টের জন্য ডাকা হবে, যা মূল নথি যাচাই এবং যোগ্যতার নম্বর অর্জনের উপর নির্ভরশীল। যোগ্যতার নম্বর হলো: সাধারণ প্রার্থীদের জন্য ৪৫%, O.B.C. ও EWS প্রার্থীদের জন্য ৪০% এবং S.C., S.T. ও PWD প্রার্থীদের জন্য ৩৫%। কমিশন পরীক্ষার জন্য আবেদনকারী যেকোনো বা সকল শ্রেণীর প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতার নম্বর শিথিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। উল্লিখিত যাচাইকরণের পর, যোগ্য প্রার্থীদের সাক্ষাৎকার/পার্সোনালিটি টেস্টে উপস্থিত হওয়ার অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে। সাক্ষাৎকার/পার্সোনালিটি টেস্টের তারিখে অনুপস্থিত প্রার্থীদের প্রার্থীপদ কোনো উল্লেখ ছাড়াই বাতিল করা হবে।

চূড়ান্ত মেধা তালিকা: চূড়ান্ত মেধা তালিকা প্রার্থীদের লিখিত পরীক্ষা এবং পার্সোনালিটি টেস্টে প্রাপ্ত মোট নম্বরের ভিত্তিতে তৈরি করা হবে। যদি একাধিক প্রার্থী একই সমষ্টিগত (মোট নম্বর) অর্জন করেন, তবে প্রার্থীদের মেধা অবস্থান তাদের জন্ম তারিখ অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে, অর্থাৎ যাদের জন্ম তারিখ আগে তাদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে এবং যদি সমষ্টিগত নম্বর এবং জন্ম তারিখ উভয়ই একই হয়, তবে লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উচ্চতর নম্বর প্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

পরীক্ষার ফলাফল: পার্সোনালিটি টেস্টের জন্য ডাকা এবং নিয়োগের জন্য সুপারিশকৃত প্রার্থীদের নাম WBMSC ওয়েবসাইট (www.mscwb.org) এ সাময়িকভাবে প্রকাশ করা হবে, যা সকল দিক থেকে প্রার্থীদের যোগ্যতা নির্ধারণ এবং মূল শংসাপত্র ইত্যাদি যাচাই সাপেক্ষে। যদি এই ধরনের যাচাইয়ের কোনো পর্যায়ে বা পরবর্তীতে কোনো প্রার্থী অযোগ্য প্রমাণিত হন, তবে ফলাফল ঘোষণা/নিয়োগের পরেও তার প্রার্থীপদ/বরাদ্দ/সুপারিশ/নিয়োগ বাতিল করা হবে।

B. সিলেবাস: AICTE (অল ইন্ডিয়া কাউন্সিল ফর টেকনিক্যাল এডুকেশন) কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত মেকানিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিংয়ে ডিগ্রি স্তরের পরীক্ষার পাঠ্যক্রমের উপর ভিত্তি করে প্রশ্নপত্র তৈরি করা হবে।

৬. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশাবলী ও শর্তাবলী:

নো-অবজেকশন সার্টিফিকেট (N.O.C.): কেন্দ্রীয় বা রাজ্য সরকার/সেমি গভমেন্ট/স্থানীয়/বিধিবদ্ধ সংস্থার অধীনে বর্তমানে কর্মরত একজন প্রার্থীকে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে তার বর্তমান নিয়োগকর্তা থেকে নো-অবজেকশন সার্টিফিকেট (N.O.C.) পার্সোনালিটি টেস্টের তারিখের ৭ (সাত) দিন আগে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ মিউনিসিপ্যাল সার্ভিস কমিশনের অফিসে পৌঁছায়। অন্যথায়, তাকে পার্সোনালিটি টেস্টের জন্য যোগ্য বলে গণ্য করা হবে না। যদি এই পরীক্ষার যোগ্যতার শর্তাবলী অনুসারে কোনো পর্যায়ে কোনো প্রার্থীকে ভর্তির জন্য অযোগ্য পাওয়া যায়, তবে তার প্রার্থীপদ কোনো অতিরিক্ত উল্লেখ ছাড়াই বাতিল করা হবে।
স্ক্রাইব সংক্রান্ত:
- দৃষ্টিহীনতা বা স্বল্প দৃষ্টি, লোকোমোটর অক্ষমতা/সেরিব্রাল পালসি যাদের প্রভাবশালী (লেখার) অঙ্গ কার্য সম্পাদনে ধীরগতি আনে (ন্যূনতম ৪০ শতাংশ প্রতিবন্ধকতা) তারা শুধুমাত্র লিখিত পরীক্ষায় লেখার জন্য একজন স্ক্রাইবের সাহায্য চাইতে পারেন।
- তাদের অনলাইন আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার পর ০৫.০১.২০২৬ থেকে ০৭.০১.২০২৬ তারিখের মধ্যে সকাল ১১:০০ টা থেকে বিকাল ০৪:০০ টার মধ্যে সশরীরে কমিশনের ওয়েবসাইট www.mscwh.org থেকে প্রাপ্ত নির্ধারিত ফর্ম্যাটে কমিশনের সচিবের কাছে আবেদন করতে হবে।
- অনুরোধের জন্য স্ক্রাইবকে কমিশনের অফিসে প্রার্থী নিজে (প্রয়োজনীয় bonafide শংসাপত্র সহ) ছাড়া অন্য কারো দ্বারা কোনো পরিস্থিতিতেই গ্রহণ করা হবে না। যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ড/নিয়ম পূরণ সাপেক্ষে স্ক্রাইবকে অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে।
- উপরে উল্লিখিত তারিখের পরে কোনো দাবি/অনুরোধ বিবেচনা করা হবে না।
আবেদনকারীদের জন্য নির্দেশাবলী:
- Candidates must read all the information and instructions carefully before filling the ONLINE application to prevent mistakes.
- Bag & Baggage, Mobile phones, Calculator, watches, Pagers, any type of gadgets or any other electronic or communication devices in any form whatsoever are not allowed inside the premises where the examination is being conducted. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations. Candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of above banned items to the venue of the examination, as arrangement for safe-keeping cannot be arranged. There will be arrangements for frisking of the candidates at entry points of venues separately for male and female candidates so that candidates with above mentioned banned articles may not enter the venue.
- Submission of more than one application for one particular post is strictly prohibited. The candidature of a candidate who submits more than one application for a particular post for admission to the selection procedure, will be cancelled even if he/she is admitted to the same.
- Candidates are also requested to be cautious for putting his/her e-mail id and mobile number correctly during filling up of online application.
- The venue and date of the examinations along with Roll Numbers will be intimated through e-Admit Cards.
- IF ANY CANDIDATE REMAINS ABSENT AT ANY STAGE OF THIS RECRUITMENT PROCESS, HIS/HER CANDIDATURE WILL BE CANCELLED.
- The candidates are required to keep with them at least one ORIGINAL Photo-Identity proof viz. Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card (EPIC), Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Bank Passbook with photograph therein and shall produce the same on demand at the time of examination in the examination center.
- On furnishing any false certificate or indicating wrong category/sub-category regarding caste in the application form or in case of any other default like encoding of wrong Question Booklet No or Roll No during written examination, the Commission shall reject the candidature at any stage of the selection and may take further necessary action.
- In cases where no Division/Class is awarded and only grading is done, exact percentage of marks and conversion formula adopted are to be mentioned with documentary evidence, if required.
- Where experience of a number of years is prescribed as an item of qualification this would mean only experience/research experience gained in full time employment/research in the relevant field within the closing date of receipt of application. [Certificate (s) from the Head of Organization (s) / Department (s) / Institution (s) or Competent Authority for the entire experience claimed, clearly mentioning the duration of employment (DD/MM/YYYY format) and field of experience including pay certificate must be obtained. The Certificate (s) should also mention the nature of duties performed/experience obtained in the post with duration.]
- Order/Letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, in respect of equivalent clause in prescribed qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualifications as per the requirement of advertisement.
- The Commission may require such proof of particulars from the candidates as it may consider necessary and may make enquiries regarding suitability and eligibility in terms of Advertisement. At the time of physical document verification, in case a candidate is unable to produce the relevant valid certificate in support of the declaration/claim made by the candidate, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected.
- O.B.C (Non creamy Layer) candidates must submit their renewed/revalidated O.B.C (Non creamy Layer) certificate prior to interview and at the time of appointment.
- EWS candidates must submit their renewed / revalidated Income & Asset certificate (in prescribed format given in Annexure) prior to interview and at the time of appointment. [in terms of PAR department Memo No. 325-PAR (AR)/3P-1/2019 dated 09.07.2019].
- All requisite certificates regarding educational qualifications, proof of age and other requisite documents must be furnished as and when required by the Commission/Requiring Body.
- The candidates are required to download and take a printout of e-Admit Card from the official website of WBMSC (www.mscwb.org). The candidates must take note of the fact that their candidature will be strictly provisional and if they do not fulfill the eligibility criteria in all respect, their candidature will be cancelled at any stage of examinations/tests or even at the time of verification of testimonials.
- A candidate who has been reported against by the Supervisor (Examination Center-in-charge) for violating any of the instructions will be punished with cancellation of candidature of the examination related to this advertisement and also debarment from future examinations and selections as may be decided by the Commission according to the circumstances of the case.
- If at any stage even after issue of a letter of recommendation for appointment a candidate is found ineligible in terms of the Advertisement his/her candidature will be cancelled without further reference to him/her.
- No claim for being a member of SC, ST and OBC or a Person with Disability or EWS will be entertained after submission of the application.
- Candidates are cautioned that they must ensure that they belong to the category as filled in the application form and are able to prove the same by furnishing the requisite certificate from the competent authority when such certificates are sought by the Commission or concerned requiring body at the time of physical verification of document, failing which their candidature will be cancelled. If a candidate is rejected by the requiring body for non-furnishing of the requisite certificate in support of the category filled in the online application form, the candidate will be solely responsible for the same and the Commission will not have any responsibility. Any grievance received in this regard in any form like by post, fax, e-mail, by hand etc. shall not be entertained by the Commission and will be summarily rejected.
- For example, candidate 'A' filled SC in his/her application form. However, during document verification by the Commission, he is unable to produce the valid SC certificate. In such scenario, candidature of 'A' will be cancelled by the Commission/requiring body.
প্রচারণা (Canvassing): কোনো প্রার্থীর পক্ষে তার আবেদনের জন্য ব্যক্তি, সরকারি কর্মকর্তা বা সংস্থাগুলির মাধ্যমে সমর্থন আদায়ের যেকোনো প্রচেষ্টা তাকে নিয়োগের জন্য অযোগ্য ঘোষণা করবে। প্রার্থীদের প্রতি আগ্রহী বা তাদের পরিচিত ব্যক্তিদের স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত সুপারিশগুলি উপেক্ষা করা হবে এবং প্রার্থীদের অযোগ্য করে তুলবে।
ভুল সংশোধন: পশ্চিমবঙ্গ মিউনিসিপ্যাল সার্ভিস কমিশন নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া পরিচালনা করার সময় এবং চূড়ান্ত ফলাফল ঘোষণার পরেও যদি কোনো ভুল বা বাদ পড়া থাকে তবে তা সংশোধনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
