4. Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: LL.B degree.
Experience: Minimum 30 years of experience in PSUs/Autonomous Organizations/Central/State Government/Statutory Bodies, out of which minimum 20 years of experience post-LL.B in Contract Management, Arbitration, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings, and commercial dispute resolution. MBA is desirable.

5. Age Limit

Age Limit: Not more than 64 years (as on 01-04-2026).

6. Salary and Allowances

Consolidated Fee: Rs. 1,05,000/- per month.
Allowances: Mobile phone charges (Up to Rs 2000), HRA as per applicable rates, Transport Allowance as per policy, TA/DA on official tours.
