5. Eligibility Criteria
- For Assistant Research Scholar: Ph.D. in Law with NET/JRF OR LL.M. with consistently good academic record. Minimum 02 years of teaching and/or research experience.
- For Senior Faculty Member: Retired Judicial Officers from Superior Judicial Service with teaching experience.
- General Eligibility: At least 3 years remaining before attaining 60/70 years of age (as applicable to the post). Medically fit.
6. Age Limit
- Must have at least 3 years remaining before attaining 60 years of age (for Assistant Research Scholar).
- Must have at least 3 years remaining before attaining 70 years of age (for Senior Faculty Member).
