3. Position Details

• Position: Institutional Equity Research Associate
• CTC Offered: Compensation will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• Location: Mumbai

4. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate, with preference for MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas.

Job Specific Skills:

• Strong accounting, analytical and forecasting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Specially in Financial modeling / spreadsheet).
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Financial Ratios/ Valuation Techniques/ Financial Modeling.
• Conversant in usage of database such as Bloomberg, CMIE, Reuters, Factset, etc would be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
