3. Position Details

• Designation: Various levels in permanent roles under Non-IBA structure.
• Domains: Retail Assets (Housing Loan, Loan Against Property, Auto Loans) - Branch Channel; Retail Assets (Loan Against Property) - DSA Channel. Candidates can apply for only one domain.
• Fixed Cost to Company (CTC): Minimum Rs. 4.64 Lakh per annum, Maximum Rs. 10.06 Lakh per annum.
• Additional Benefits: Performance linked incentives, National Pension System (NPS), gratuity, loans on concessional interest rates, medical insurance.
• Probation Period: 1 year.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years of age (born on or after 01.04.1991).
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience as Relationship Manager in Mortgage Products.
• Nationality: Citizens of India.
