3. Position Details

Designation: Various levels in permanent roles under Non-IBA structure.
Domains: Retail Assets (Housing Loan, Loan Against Property, Auto Loans) - Branch Channel; Retail Assets (Loan Against Property) - DSA Channel.
Fixed Cost to Company: Minimum 24.64 Lakh to maximum 10.06 Lakh per annum.

4. Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.04.2026)

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
Age: Not exceeding 35 years (born on or after 01.04.1991).
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years as Relationship Manager in Mortgage Products.
Nationality: Citizens of India.
