2. Position Details

Position Name: Management Trainee (HR)
Total Vacancies: As per requirement
Nature of Engagement: 1 year training period
Stipend during Training: Approx. ₹55,000/- per month (including HRA, Canteen, Washing, PF etc.)
Posting Location: PAN India, transferable to existing/future units and subsidiaries

3. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: 5-year integrated MBA OR 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM in HR/Personnel Management from a UGC/AICTE recognized premier University/Institute.
Minimum Marks: General/OBC: 60% aggregate; SC/ST: 55% in qualifying degree. CGPA must be converted to percentage.
Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as on 30.04.2026. (Relaxation for reserved categories: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL).
Computer Proficiency: Required.
Language: Working knowledge of Hindi and English is essential.
