4. Eligibility Criteria

Assistant: Bachelor's degree in commerce (Finance & Accounts) or any discipline.
Academic Associate: Master Degree in relevant discipline/Management OR Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology.
Head Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing / DGNM from a recognised university.
Assistant Manager (Accounts): Graduation in Commerce/CA-Inter.
Experience: Relevant experience is required for all posts.

5. Age Limit

Assistant & Academic Associate: Max 30 years.
Head Nurse & Assistant Manager (Accounts): Max 35 years.
Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.

6. Salary Details

Assistant: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
Academic Associate: ₹35,000 per month.
Head Nurse: ₹45,000 per month.
Assistant Manager (Accounts): ₹45,000 per month.
