4. Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology with six months of experience.
• OR Degree in Science or Health Science with one year of experience.
• OR H.S.C. having three years of experience in the field of counseling in a Blood Centre collecting less than 3000 units per annum.
• Candidates with working experience in a licensed blood centre will be given preference.
