4. Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirement: Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC) is mandatory for all applicants.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) / Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electronics & Telecommunications OR
• Master of Computer Application (MCA)
• (From a Government Institute, Government-recognized Institute, or AICTE/UGC-recognized Institute)

Desirable: Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.

• General (UR): 18 to 40 years (as on 05-06-2026)
• ST / SC / Physically Handicapped / Govt. Employees: 5 years relaxation
