4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized Board/University/Institution with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
• Age Limit: Maximum 27 years for General/OBC/EWS; 32 years for SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman; 30 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) as on 01-05-2026.
• Language Requirement: Ability to read/speak English, Hindi and/or conversant with local language.

5. Salary and Other Benefits

• Stipend during Training: Rs. 15,000/- per month (1st attempt). Reduced to Rs. 10,000/- on failure in 1st attempt.
• Consolidated Remuneration (After Certification): 1st Year: Rs. 30,000/- p.m. | 2nd Year: Rs. 32,000/- p.m. | 3rd Year: Rs. 34,000/- p.m.
• Additional Benefits: TA/DA, Leave, PF Contribution, Medical Insurance, Gratuity.
