4. Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: MBBS with MD/MS/DM/MCh/DNB for medical faculty posts or MSc (Medical) with PhD for non-medical disciplines.
Experience: Varies from 3 to 14 years depending on the post. (e.g., Professor: 14 years after PG/super-specialty; Additional Professor: 10 years; Associate Professor: 6 years; Assistant Professor: 3 years)

5. Age Limit

Professor/Additional Professor: Up to 58 years.
Associate Professor/Assistant Professor: Up to 50 years.
Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.

6. Salary

Salary Range: ₹1,01,500 to ₹2,20,400 per month (as per 7th CPC).
Professor: Level 14A (₹1,68,900 – 2,20,400)
Additional Professor: Level 13A2 (₹1,48,200 – 2,11,400)
Associate Professor: Level 13A1 (₹1,38,300 – 2,09,200)
Assistant Professor: Level 12 (₹1,01,500 – 1,67,400)
