Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution, along with a Degree/Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, or Audio-Video Editing, or Cinematography, or Sound Engineering.

Other Requirements: Proficiency in Odia/Hindi/English. Knowledge of computer applications. Practical provisioning knowledge in audio editing capability, proficiency in Odia, English and Hindi typing.
