4. Eligibility Criteria

• Drone Engineer cum trainer: B.Tech (Agril.Engg.) / Mechanical Engg./ECE/EEE/ Aerospace Engineering) with a minimum of 1 year experience in Agricultural Drone training.
• Drone Pilot cum Trainers: Diploma in Agri. / Agril. Engg. / Any B.Tech with Valid DGCA authorized RPC with DGCA RPTO Training experience of 6 months.
• Drone Trainer: B.Tech ECE/Mechanical Engg/Diploma in Agriculture with ADITI Training in ANGRAU / Any State Agricultural University.
• Programming Engineer cum RPTO Admin.: B.Tech. (CSE) / Any B.Tech with experience in Agricultural Drone sector for database feeding, storage, analytics and all computer and networking knowledge with the Knowledge of Al/ ML & Python programming.
• Drone Co-Pilot: 10th Pass with 2 years experience in drone industry in charging and storage of drone drone batteries and log book assistance and generators maintenance.

5. Salary

• Drone Engineer cum trainer: Rs. 40,000/- per month (Consolidated)
• Drone Pilot cum Trainers: Rs. 25,000/- per month (Consolidated)
• Drone Trainer: Rs. 25,000/- per month (Consolidated)
• Programming Engineer cum RPTO Admin.: Rs. 25,000/- per month (Consolidated)
• Drone Co-Pilot: Rs. 20,000/- per month (Consolidated)
