• Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month (Consolidated remuneration) + Reimbursement of conveyance expenses up to Rs. 5000/- per month + Halting allowance + Travelling expenses.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree from a recognized University. Postgraduate in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Social work is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an ex-banker in any Nationalized Bank/ RRB/ Pvt. Bank OR minimum 5 years of experience in banking/ related fields, NBFCs / FIs OR Business correspondent / BC- Coordinator with minimum 5 years of experience OR Ex RSETI Director with minimum 3 years of Experience /Faculty with minimum 5 years of Experience.
• Other Requirements: Conversant with local language. Flair for teaching and computer knowledge. Sound knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, pension, law, finance, communication, and team building skills.
