4. Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.
• Proficiency in the local language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Preferably retired Bank Officers in Scale I and above with rural credit and branch experience.
• Ex-Serviceman if no retired bank officer.
• Integrity not doubtful during service.
