4. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electronics.
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as Joint Director/Tele or ED/Tele or PED/Tele or equivalent in Indian Railways signaling systems, or Chief Signal & Telecom Engineer (CSTE), or ED/PED in Railway PSU.
5. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 65 years as on 01 April 2026.
- Post-retirement experience is considered for age relaxation; maximum tenure up to 68 years.
6. Salary
Last drawn basic pay at the time of superannuation from previous Government Organisation, increased by 5% annually on extension.
