4. Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Minimum 33 years and Maximum 45 years as on 31-03-2026 (Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. of India rules).

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• AGM - Risk Management: B.Sc in Statistics/Economics or Bachelor's in Analytics (55% marks) OR MBA Finance/Banking or PGDBM/IPGD-Risk Management (55% marks). Mandatory: FRM/CFA/PRM. Min 10 years banking experience, min 5 years in Risk Management.
• AGM - Compliance/Risk Management: Similar to Risk Management. Min 10 years banking experience, min 5 years in Risk Management/Compliance Dept.
• AGM - Asset Liability Management: BE/B.Tech OR Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Banking/Finance OR Chartered Accountant. Mandatory: FRM/PRM/CFA. Min 10 years banking experience, min 5 years in Risk Management.
• AGM - Digital Risk & Analytics: Bachelor's in Mathematics/Statistics OR B.E./B.Tech in Data Science/IT/CS/Software Engineering. Preferred: MBA/PGDM etc. Min 10 years banking experience, min 5 years in Risk Management.
• AGM - Finance & Accounts: Chartered Accountant (ICAI membership mandatory). Min 10 years experience in handling Corporate Taxation, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet, IFRS, Ind AS, Regulatory Reporting, Capital Raising.
• AGM - Credit Officer: Chartered Accountant / CFA / CMA-ICWA OR Two Years Full-time Post Graduation in Banking/Finance/Credit. Min 10 years post qualification experience in Corporate Credit/Project Finance/Mid & Large Credit.
