3. Position Details

• Position Name: Counselor
• Vacancies: 3 (1 each for FLC Anuppur, FLC Dindori, and FLC Shahdol)
• Salary: Equivalent to last pay & allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 25,000/-p.m. whichever is lower. Plus Rs. 1000/- p.m. for Mobile, Conveyance etc.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Must be computer literate, proficient in basic knowledge of MS Office, internet, and typing in local language.
• Retired/VRS opted Bank officials of scale I & above of Nationalized Bank including State Bank of India & RRBs preferred OR Ex-Serviceman or/and other than Bank Employees with banking knowledge, financial services knowledge and relevant IIBF certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Officer/permanent employee.

• Maximum Age: 65 years
