4. Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate, preferably with a degree in Law/ Personnel Management/Industrial Relations.
• Experience: More than 20 years of experience in dealing with disciplinary cases, investigation of complaints, framing of charge sheet, interpretation of CVC/DOPT/CDA rules, presentation of departmental inquiry cases.
• Age Limit: Maximum 63 years.
