7. Application Procedure & Important Instructions

• How to Apply: Applications must be submitted online only through the CG Vyapam portal. First-time applicants must complete Profile Registration.
• Required for Online Application: Valid email ID, mobile number, scanned photograph, scanned signature, and payment of prescribed examination fee.
• Correction Window: A 3-day correction window (23/05/2026 to 25/05/2026) will be available.
• Admit Card: Admit cards will be uploaded on the Vyapam website approximately 7 days before the examination and will not be sent by post.

• Important Note: Mobile phones, electronic devices, watches, dark-coloured clothes, and jewelry are strictly prohibited in the examination hall. Candidates must reach the exam center 2 hours before the exam.
