3. Position Details

• Position Name: Supervisor Trainee (Mechanical), Supervisor Trainee (Electrical)
• Vacancies: 2 (1 UR Mechanical, 1 UR Electrical)
• Stipend during Training: ₹ 30,000/- per month + up to ₹ 3,000/- extra for overtime.
• Appointment after Training: Assistant Engineer in PS-1 Grade (Scale ₹ 28,000-1,10,000) with monthly emoluments of ₹ 61,152/- (approx.)

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized State Board of Technical Education.
• Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 30 April 2026 (Born on or after 01 May 1999).
• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be domiciled in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
