4. Eligibility Criteria
- Child Helpline Counsellor: Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Public Health / Counselling OR PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication. Minimum 1 year of working experience with Govt./NGO, preferably in Women & Child Development. Proficiency in Computers.
- Child Helpline Supervisor: Graduate preferably in B.A in Social Work / Computer Sciences / Information Technology / Community Sociology / Social Sciences. Weightage for experienced candidates. Proficiency in Computers.
5. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 42 years as on 01-01-2026.
- Age relaxation as per government rules.
