3. Position Details

• Positions: Tutor, Junior Resident
• Total Vacancies: 935 (Tutor: 650, Junior Resident: 285)
• Salary: Tutor: Rs. 80,000/- per month (Fixed Pay) | Junior Resident: Rs. 79,173/- per month (Fixed Pay)
• Tenure: One Year only

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college. MD/MS/DM/MCH/DNB/CPS in the concerned subject is preferred.
• Registration: Must have a valid Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) registration.
• Age Limit: Up to 70 years (as per NMC Gazette dated 30.05.2025). Age relaxation for reserved categories as per Government of Maharashtra rules.

5. Application Process

• Application Mode: Online only through the official DMER portal.
• Application Fee: Open/Backward Class Candidates: Rs. 1,000/- | Reserved Category Candidates: Rs. 900/-. Fee to be paid online during preference filling.
• Selection Process: Merit-based allotment (MBBS marks) and online preference filling. No written examination.
• How to Apply: Fill the online application form, complete the merit list, fill online preferences, pay the processing fee, and join the allotted institute within 7 days of allotment.
