4. Remuneration
- Monthly Remuneration: Consolidated, post-wise as per notification (e.g., Dental Surgeon: Rs. 71,550/-, Field Monitor: Rs. 28,853/-, Medical Lecturer: Rs. 85,050/-). Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for detailed remuneration of all posts.
5. Eligibility Criteria (Highlights)
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on 12/05/2026. Educational qualification must be from a recognized University/Institute/Board. Specific qualifications and experience vary significantly by post:
- Dental Surgeon: BDS + 2 years experience + Registered with Delhi Dental Council.
- Field Monitor: Graduate Degree + 3 years field experience in health programs + Own transport.
- Public Health Manager: Graduate in relevant field + Master's in Public Health/Community Health/PSM + 2 years experience in health program management.
- Lady Health Visitor: 12th pass + Diploma in ANM (2 years exp) OR LHV Course (3 years exp) + Registered with Delhi Nursing Council.
- District Quality Assurance Coordinator: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing Graduate + MHA + 2 years experience.
- District Program Manager: MBA/PG Diploma in Health/Hospital Administration + 3-5 years experience.
- District IEC/BCC Officer: Masters in Mass Communication + 2 years experience.
- Nutritionist/Dietician: Master's Degree in Food & Nutrition/Home Science/Dietetics OR B.Sc. + PG Diploma + 1 year experience.
- Medical Lecturer: MD/DNB PG Degree + 3 years teaching experience + Registered with Delhi Medical Council.
- Data Base Administrator: MCA/B.Tech (IT, Computer Science)/MSc (Computer Science) + 3 years experience in database architecture/development.
- Quality Assurance Consultant: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing Graduate + MHA + 5 years experience (1 year in quality).
- State IEC/BCC Consultant: Master in Journalism/Mass Communication + 3 years experience in Social/Health Sector.
- Legal Consultant: LLB + 3 years experience in court/Govt. Institution + Enrolment with Bar Council.
6. Age Limit & Relaxation
Age limits vary by post (e.g., Dental Surgeon: 35 years, Field Monitor: up to 45 years, Lady Health Visitor: up to 30 years, Medical Lecturer: up to 45 years). Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. of NCT of Delhi / Govt. of India norms:
- SC / ST: 5 Years
- OBC-NCL: 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
