Engineers India Limited (EIL), a Navratna PSU, announces a Special Recruitment Drive (Advt. No. HRD/Rectt./Advt./2026-27/04) for SC, ST & OBC candidates. This drive aims to fill 22 tentative vacancies across 15 position codes in various disciplines.

3. Position & Vacancy Details

A total of 22 tentative vacancies are available across 15 position codes under this Special Recruitment Drive for SC, ST & OBCs. Candidates can apply for one position only. Key positions include:

• Senior Manager: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation (3 Vacancies)
• Manager: HR (1 Vacancy)
• Engineer: Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical (7 Vacancies)
• Jr. Draftsman Gr I & II: Chemical, Civil, Mechanical (8 Vacancies)
• Junior Assistant Grade-III: HR, Hospitality (3 Vacancies)

4. Eligibility Criteria (as on 30.04.2026)

Only Full Time Regular courses are considered (except CA/CMA/CS). Minimum percentage marks and specific experience are required.

• Senior Manager / Manager / Engineer: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks. Manager (HR) requires MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR or related fields with 65% marks. Experience ranges from 1 to 12 years.
• Jr. Draftsman Gr I & II: Diploma (minimum 3 years duration) in Chemical/Mechanical/Civil with minimum 65% marks. Experience ranges from 1 to 5 years.
• Junior Assistant Grade-III: Full Time BBA with minimum 60% marks (HR) OR Full Time Graduate in Hotel Management/Hospitality (Hospitality) with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 1 year experience required.

5. Age Limit & Relaxation (as on 30.04.2026)

• Upper Age Limit:
  • Senior Manager: 40 years
  • Manager (HR): 36 years
  • Engineer (all): 28 years
  • Jr. Draftsman Gr I & II, Junior Assistant Grade-III: 30 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • PwD (General): Additional 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen & Departmental Candidates: As per Govt. rules
• Experience Relaxation: Post-graduates in Engineering get 1 year relaxation, Ph.D. in Engineering get 4 years, Ph.D. in Business Administration get 2 years (where applicable).

6. Emoluments (Pay Scale & CTC)

• Senior Manager: Pay Scale Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000 (Approx. CTC 30.29 Lacs p.a.)
• Manager: Pay Scale Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000 (Approx. CTC 26.80 Lacs p.a.)
• Engineer: Pay Scale Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000 (Approx. CTC 20.12 Lacs p.a.)
• Jr. Draftsman Gr I: Pay Scale Rs. 26,500 - 1,15,000 (Approx. CTC 8.71 Lacs p.a.)
• Jr. Draftsman Gr II: Pay Scale Rs. 25,000 - 1,00,000 (Approx. CTC 8.23 Lacs p.a.)
• Junior Assistant Grade-III: Similar to Jr. Draftsman levels.

7. Selection Process

• Interview: For Senior Manager, Manager, and Engineer positions.
• Skill Test: For Jr. Draftsman Gr I & II, and Junior Assistant Grade-III positions.

Only shortlisted candidates will be informed for interview/skill test via email. Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided for outstation candidates as per EIL norms.

8. Application Procedure

Applications must be submitted online only through the career link on EIL's official website http://www.engineersindia.com. Online submission is permitted between 09.05.2026 (0000 Hrs) and 25.05.2026 (2359 Hrs).

Documents to be Scanned and Uploaded:

• Latest passport size colour photograph (.jpg/.jpeg, max 75 KB)
• Signature (.jpg/.jpeg, max 25 KB)
• Date of birth proof (Class X Certificate/Marksheet)
• All experience certificates & pay scale proof
• Disability certificate (PwD), if applicable (.jpg/.jpeg/.pdf, max 500 KB)
• Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS), if applicable (.jpg/.jpeg/.pdf, max 500 KB). OBC-NCL certificate must be valid as on the closing date (25.05.2026) in Central format.

Candidates working in PSU/Govt. Sector must submit their application through proper channel or provide NOC at the time of interview/skill test.
