4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. (BE/B.Tech not eligible)
• Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules 1967.
• Language Proficiency: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi.
• Disability: Must be a Person with Benchmark Disability (Divyang) and possess a valid disability certificate (40% or more).

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 33 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • PwD General Male: Up to 43 years (+10 years)
  • PwD General Female: Up to 45 years (+15 years)
  • PwD Reserved Male: Up to 45 years (+15 years)
  • PwD Reserved Female: Up to 45 years (+20 years)

6. Salary / Pay Scale

• Initial 5 Years (Fixed Pay): Rs. 49,600/- per month
• After 5 Years: Rs. 39,900/- to Rs. 1,26,600/- (Level-7)

7. Application Fee

• All Candidates: Rs. 400/-
• Reserved Category (Physically Handicapped Candidates): Rs. 200/-

8. Selection Process

• Written Examination:
  • Part-A: 90 marks (General subjects)
  • Part-B: 120 marks (Civil Engineering)
  • Total: 210 marks. 40% qualifying marks in each part.
