3. Position Details

Post 1: Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical)

• No. of vacancies: 01 (UR)
• Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Public Health/Social Work/Sociology/Microbiology/Biotechnology (including integrated PG degrees) with 3 years’ experience OR PhD in a relevant subject.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 years on the date of walk-in interview.
• Remuneration: Rs. 67,000/- + HRA per month (fixed).
• Tenure: Initially up to 31.01.2027 (terminus at any point of time).
• Place of Work: ICMR-NIIRNCD, Jodhpur or anywhere in India.

Post 2: Project Technical Support - I

• No. of vacancies: 01 (EWS)
• Essential Qualifications: 10th + Diploma (MLT/DMLT) + 2 years’ experience in fieldwork/data collection/laboratory work OR Three-year Graduate degree + 1 year of experience in fieldwork/data collection/laboratory work.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years on the date of walk-in interview/written test.
• Remuneration: Rs. 18,000/- + HRA per month (Consolidated).
• Tenure: Initially up to 31.01.2027 (terminus at any point of time).
• Place of Work: ICMR-NIIRNCD, Jodhpur or anywhere in India.

4. Application Procedure

• Candidates may download the application form from http://niirncd.icmr.org.in or https://www.icmr.gov.in.
• Duly filled application form along with one set of photocopies of all certificates must be submitted by hand on the date of the Walk-in-interview/written test.
• All original certificates must be brought for verification.
• Candidates already employed should submit a “No Objection Certificate” from their present Employer / PI.
• Candidates applying for more than one position should apply separately for each.

• Positions are purely temporary.
• No TA/DA will be given for attending the Walk-in-interview/written test.
• Selection will be based on performance in the written test/interview.
