3. Position Details

• Post Name: Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
• Total Vacancies: 05 Posts (UR-02, OBC-02, SC-01)
• Pay Scale: Level-04 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100) as per VII CPC
• Nature of Post: Regular (Probation period of 2 years)
• Place of Posting: Bengaluru, Hosakote, Gauribidanur, Kodaikanal, Kavalur (Selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India)

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/Institution with knowledge of use of personal computer and its applications (MS Office).
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years as on 29/06/2026. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government of India norms.

5. Selection Process

1. Initial Screening based on essential qualifications.
2. Written Test covering English Language and Comprehension, Logical Reasoning & Computer Proficiency, General Awareness and Current Affairs, Numerical Ability, FR-SR, General Financial Rules, Accountancy, Procurement Rules, etc.
3. Skill Test (qualifying in nature; marks count only in case of a tie).
4. Venue for Written Test/Skill Test: Bengaluru only.

6. Application Process

• Register, log in, and fill the online application form.
• Upload scanned copies of recent photograph, date of birth certificate, educational qualification certificates, degree certificate(s), experience certificate(s), valid caste certificate (if applicable), and Curriculum Vitae (CV) as a single scanned PDF file.
• Take a printout of the submitted application form and retain it for future reference.
