3. Position & Salary Details
- Post Name: Management Trainee & Management Trainee (Admin)
- Total Vacancies: 10 Posts (6 Management Trainee + 4 Management Trainee Admin)
- Initial Tenure: 1 Year (Extendable year-to-year up to 3 more years)
- Monthly Stipend: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/- per month
- Housing Allowance: ₹8,000/- per month
- Travelling Allowance: ₹2,000/- per month
- Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500/- per month

4. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Management Trainee: Master's degree in the relevant area with 60% marks or above, or a B.Tech or equivalent professional degree. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing or intending to pursue doctoral (Ph.D.) studies.
- Management Trainee (Admin): Master's degree with 60% marks or above, or a B.Tech or equivalent professional degree. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing or intending to pursue doctoral (Ph.D.) studies.
- Experience (Both Posts): Prior experience in higher education institutions, EdTech organizations, academic research, admissions, counselling, or student support services will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills; proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, and ERP systems; good command over written and spoken English and Hindi; ability to multitask, work under timelines, and maintain confidentiality; adaptability and flexibility during examinations and institutional events.
5. Age Limit
Maximum Age: 32 years (extendable up to 35 years for Ph.D. candidates or candidates with relevant experience). Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per Central Government rules.
6. Selection Methodology
The evaluation process may involve multiple stages as decided by the Competent Authority:
- Initial Screening based on qualifications and experience.
- Evaluation Phase: Written Test, Skill/Competency Test, and/or Personal Interview, or any other mode of assessment as deemed appropriate.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce all original certificates at the time of the final selection process.
