4. Salary

• Sr. Project Scientist: Rs. 60,750 - Rs. 79,260 Per Month
• Project Scientist: Rs. 47,790 - Rs. 62,350 Per Month
• Jr. Project Assistant (Tech.): Rs. 29,290 - Rs. 38,220 Per Month

5. Eligibility Criteria

• Sr. Project Scientist: 1st class M.Tech. or M.Sc. (with three years of relevant experience) in a relevant subject and experience in Semiconductor Devices, hands-on experience on device fabrication.
• Project Scientist: 1st class B.Tech. in EE/ECE with mastery of CMOS Analog and RF circuit design, OR 1st class B.Tech. in Electronics or equivalent, M.Tech. strongly preferred.
• Jr. Project Assistant (Tech.): Diploma (3 years duration)/ Graduate Degree in an appropriate discipline OR ITI (2 years duration) in a relevant trade with 6 years relevant work experience.
