4. Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Industry or an equivalent R&D lab. Expertise in SPICE modeling, TCAD simulation, photonics devices design, circuit simulations, PIC & EIC tapeout is required. Experience in photonic/electronic device/circuit characterizations and analog/mixed-signal circuit design is preferred.
5. Salary
- Remuneration: Rs. 1,25,000/- to Rs. 1,50,000/- per month (with a 5% increment every year).
6. Age Limit
