4. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management (PM/IR/HRM) from a recognized University/Institution approved by AICTE (duration of not less than 02 years).
• Defense Officer with HR background of not less than 07 years.
• Degree in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized University/Institution approved by AICTE.

Experience: Minimum 07 years in Executive cadre/ managerial post in HR division.

Age Limit: Maximum 57 years as on 01-05-2026.
