4. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Post-Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Experience/Licenses: Held or holding CPL/ATPL; OR Air Traffic Controller from AAI/Defence Forces; OR Minimum 10 years professional experience in civil aviation regulatory domain, airline operations, or aviation safety management.
• Teaching Experience: Minimum 05 years teaching/instructional experience in aviation-related subjects at Flying Training Organisations (DGCA approved), Defence Aviation Training Establishments, Universities/Colleges offering aviation programmes, or AAI training centres.

• Maximum Age: 65 years as on 01-05-2026.
