4. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Assistant Banking Associate (ABA): Pass in 12th Standard examination from any recognized Board
• Banking Attendant (BAT): Pass in 10th Standard examination from any recognized Board

Sports Qualification (Mandatory):

• Candidate must be a Domicile of UT of J&K/Ladakh.
• Must have represented in Football in any of the following (preference order):
  1. Represented Country in an International competition in Football
  2. Represented State or UT in a National competition in Football
  3. Represented District in the State or UT level event OR a winning University in Inter University Tournaments conducted by Inter University Board in Football
• At the time of appointment, the candidate must be an active sportsperson and should be fit enough to take part in future tournaments.

5. Age Limit

(As on 01.01.2026)

• Banking Attendant (BAT): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 30 years
• Assistant Banking Associate (ABA): Minimum 20 years, Maximum 28 years

Age Relaxation:

• General/OBC/EWS Sports Persons: Up to maximum 5 years
• SC/ST Sports Persons: Up to maximum 10 years

6. Application Fee

• All Candidates: Rs. 500/- (Including GST) per application

7. Selection Process

• Selection Trials: Conducted by the Sports Board of the Bank.
• Interview: For candidates who qualify in selection trials, at Jammu and/or Srinagar.
• Final selection based on sports qualifications, age, and performance in previous two years.
