5. Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026):

• General Category: 18 to 40 years
• SC, ST, OBC, Govt. Employees, Women, Handicapped: 18 to 45 years (up to 5 years relaxation)

Educational Qualification (Varies by Post):

• General Manager: Relevant B.Pharma/M.Pharma/MBA/Engineering degree with significant experience (e.g., 8-10 years).
• Manager: Relevant B.Pharma/M.Pharma/MBA/PGDM with experience (e.g., 5-6 years).
• HR: Graduate + 2-year full-time MBA (HR) with min. 7 years' experience.
• MIS Developer: BE/B.Tech in CS/IT or BCA (4 years' exp.) OR ME/M.Tech CS/IT or MCA (2 years' exp.).
• Legal Officer: Graduation in Law (LLB) with min. 4 years' experience.
• Bio-Medical Engineer: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in relevant engineering fields with min. 4 years' experience.
• Pharmacist: B.Pharma (4 years' exp.) / D.Pharma (5 years' exp.) / M.Pharma (3 years' exp.); Registered under Pharmacy Act.
• Office Assistant: Graduate + Valid CPCT Score Card + Min. 1-year computer diploma + Min. 2 years' experience.

6. Application Process

2. Register on MP Online using a valid mobile number and email ID.
3. Fill the online application form with all required details.
4. Upload self-certified scanned copies of necessary documents:
   • High School / 10+2 mark sheet
   • Minimum qualification mark sheet
   • Graduation / Post-Graduation degree
   • Valid caste certificate (if applicable)
   • Post-qualification experience certificate
   • Appointment letter and last pay slip from current employer

7. Selection Process

The selection process involves multiple stages:

1. Shortlisting: MP Online will scrutinize applications and prepare a shortlist of 5 candidates per vacancy.
2. Written Examination: Conducted by MP Online. Syllabus will be published on their website.
3. Interview: Candidates qualifying the exam will be interviewed by the MPPHSCL HR Committee. For deputation candidates, direct interviews will be held.
4. Final Selection: Based on overall performance, the HR Committee will recommend candidates. The Managing Director's decision is final.

A waiting list, valid for 1 year, will also be prepared.
