• Research Assistant: Postgraduate in any Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks. Preference to NET/M.Phil./Ph.D. holders.
• Field Investigators: Graduate in any Social Science discipline with a minimum 55% marks. Priority to candidates fluent in local dialect and familiar with local context.

5. Salary

• Research Assistant: Rs. 37,000/- per month
• Field Investigators: Rs. 20,000/- per month
