4. Eligibility Criteria

General Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant stream.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Retired Government officers are preferred.

Specific Roles Eligibility:

• Sr. Consultant / Consultant (Administration/ Establishment): Retired as Deputy Secretary/Director or equivalent (Pay Level-12/13); Consultant: Retired Pay Level-8/9/10/11 or 10 years hands-on experience.
• Sr. Consultant / Consultant (Finance & Accounts): Retired as Deputy Secretary/Director or equivalent (Pay Level-12/13); Consultant: Retired Pay Level-8/9/10/11 or 10 years hands-on experience.
• Consultant (Stores & Procurement): Retired Pay Level-8/9/10/11 or 10 years hands-on experience.
• Consultant (Works Management / Estate Maintenance): Retired Pay Level-8/9/10/11 or 10 years hands-on experience (State Govt. PWD officers considered). Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Consultant (Legal): Retired Pay Level-8/9/10/11 or 10 years hands-on experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

• Maximum Age Limit: 63 years for all posts.
