• Salary during Training: Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/- along with extant IDA, HRA and perks @12% of basic pay.

• Educational Qualification: Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Age Limit: Maximum 33 years (inclusive of 5 years relaxation for ST candidates).
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for ST, 15 years for PwBD ST candidates.
