3. Position Details

• Position Name: Quality Manager (Aviation Wing)
• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Tenure: Initial period of 03 years, extendable at the discretion of the Company.
• Place of Posting: Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years as on 28.04.2026.
• Essential Qualification:
  • Engineering Degree (Full time) in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Avionic stream OR Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from a DGCA approved Organization.
• Post Qualification Work Experience:
  • 02 years as Quality Manager (QM) / Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM) in CAR-145 / Sub-Part-G approved organization. OR 10 years in Aeronautical/Aviation Industry, with at least 05 years in CAMO of a CAR-145 / Sub-Part-G approved organization.
• Remuneration: Negotiable.

• How to Apply: Eligible candidates should download the application form (Annexure I) and submit the duly-filled form along with supporting documents at the time of the Walk-in-Interview. No other mode of application will be accepted.
• Documents required: Filled application form, proof of date of birth, mark sheets, experience certificates, DGCA approval copy, payslip/bank statement, photo identity proof, and NOC from present employer (if applicable).
• Selection Process: Walk-in-Interview followed by medical screening.
