4. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Academically sound and competent Level-IV & Level-V regular Elementary teachers working in Govt. PS & UPS of Sundargarh district.
- Must not have completed 5 years of service as a CRCC.
5. Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Written test on subject areas (50 Marks)
- Group discussion (GD) for measuring self-confidence, communication skill, problem-solving skill (25 Marks)
- Viva to test the knowledge and understanding of ongoing departmental activities (25 Marks)
