4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board, along with ITI Certificate (NTC) in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be minimum 15 years and not more than 24 years of age as on 19/05/2026.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • Divyang/PWBD & Ex-Servicemen: 10 years

Note: Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders are not eligible. Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship should not apply.

5. Application Process & Other Details

• Application Fee: No application fee mentioned (refer official portal for updates).
• How to Apply: Applications must be submitted online only through the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal at https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Candidates must carefully fill their 10th and ITI marks in the qualification section.
