4. Eligibility Criteria

• Head of Internal Audit (HIA): CA / ICWAI
• Chief Compliance Officer (CCO): CA / ICWAI / LLB / CS / MBA in Finance
• Chief Information Security Officer (CISO): Full time Master's or Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications / Computer Science / IT / E&C / E&E) or MCA, with preferred certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, CCISO)
• Chief Risk Officer (CRO): CA / ICWAI / MBA in Finance. Certified Banking Compliance Professional by IIBF preferred.
• Dy. General Manager/E-7 (Finance), Chief Manager/E-6 (Finance), Senior Manager/E-5 (Finance), Assistant Manager/E-2 (Finance): CA / CMA
• Dy. General Manager/E-7 (Projects), Senior Manager/E-5 (Projects), Assistant Manager/E-2 (Projects): B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / E&E / E&C / Electronics / Mechanical Engg. with min. 60% marks. Desirable: Full Time MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance or Finance as elective).
• Chief Manager/E-6 (HR), Assistant Manager/E-2 (HR): Regular full-time two-year MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management or equivalent with first division or equivalent CGPA.

• Maximum Age: 63 years
• Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD, as per Govt. of India norms.
