4. Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Minimum 23 years. Maximum: YP-1: 35 years, YP-2: 38 years, YP-3: 42 years (as on 06-06-2026).
• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree with minimum 65% marks from a Government-recognized University/Institution.
• Experience: Minimum post-qualification experience required varies by grade (e.g., YP-1: 3 years, YP-2: 6 years, YP-3: 10 years). Must be in Executive Cadre in a Steel Plant/Process Industry/Manufacturing Industry.

5. Salary and Tenure

• Monthly Retainership: YP-1: Rs. 70,000/-, YP-2: Rs. 1,00,000/-, YP-3: Rs. 1,40,000/-
• Annual Increment: 4%/7%/10% based on performance.
• Tenure: Initial 3 years, extendable up to 2 additional years (maximum 5 years total).
