3. Position Details

• Post Name: General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Chief Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, Team Leader & Associate (Research & Consultancy), Senior Consultant IT
• Total Vacancies: 19 Posts
• Employment Type: Contract Basis (1 Year, renewable yearly)
• Consolidated Pay: Rs. 35,822/- to Rs. 2,25,000/- per month (post-wise)

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 25 to 63 years (post-wise, as on 29/04/2026).
• Educational Qualification & Experience: Varies by post, generally Postgraduate degrees in relevant fields with significant years of experience (e.g., General Manager requires 20+ years experience, Managers 1-3 years). Detailed criteria in official notification.
• Other Conditions: Working knowledge in Telugu is desirable. Candidates with criminal background or prior termination of contract are not eligible.

6. Selection Process

• Mode: Shortlisting followed by Personal Interview.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (ratio not exceeding 1:5).
