Position Name: Fellow
Vacancies: 20
Salary: Rs. 15000/- per month (for 2 years)
Tenure: Project-based (2 years, with potential for 3rd year based on performance)

4. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to graduates in social science, social work, health, law, etc. (Minimum criteria may be relaxed for exceptional/experienced candidates).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience working with NT-DNT communities (in an NGO, CBO, or other organization).
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years, Maximum 40 years. (Age relaxation may be applicable).
