- Post Name: L-2 Network & Monitoring / Helpdesk Support
- Vacancies: 2 (1 for L-2 Network & Monitoring, 1 for Helpdesk Support)
- Salary: L-2 Network & Monitoring: Rs. 34875 Per Month, Helpdesk Support: Rs. 22546 Per Month
4. Eligibility Criteria
- L-2 Network & Monitoring: B.E / B-Tech/MCA or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience (minimum 4 years in network operation management/monitoring). Knowledge of Routing, Switching, Wired/Wireless Network, SDWAN, troubleshooting skills, and CCNA/JNCA certification. Flexible for 24x7 roster.
- Helpdesk Support: Science Graduate/BCA or equivalent with minimum 3 years of IT experience and minimum 2 years in Help Desk/NMS. Experience with Networking/Infra projects, ITIL V4 Certified. Flexible for 24x7 shifts.
5. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 55 years for all posts.
