4. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Assistant General Manager (Contract Cell): Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Marine Engineering with 15 years post-qualification managerial experience. Upper age limit: 55 years.
- Deputy Manager (Quality Control): Degree in Mechanical or Naval Architecture Engineering OR 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Marine or Shipbuilding Engineering, with NDT Level 2 or ASNT Level 2 certification. Experience varies based on qualification (7 years for degree, 10 years for diploma). Upper age limit: 35 years (relaxable for reserved categories).
- Deputy Manager (Painting): Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering OR 3-year Diploma in any branch of Engineering, with NACE Level 2 or Frosio Paint Inspector certification. Experience varies based on qualification (7 years for degree, 10 years for diploma). Upper age limit: 35 years (relaxable for reserved categories).

5. Salary and Benefits
- Assistant General Manager (E5 Grade): Approx. ₹ 1,58,720 per month (Basic + DA + HRA + Perks).
- Deputy Manager (E2 Grade): Approx. ₹ 99,200 per month (Basic + DA + HRA + Perks).
- Other benefits include CPF, Accident Insurance, Medical Expenses reimbursement, Leave encashment, National Pension System.
