4. Eligibility Criteria

• Essential: M.Sc. (or equivalent) in Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology with a minimum of 60% Marks or CGPA of 7.0 and above. NET/GATE or any National-Level JRF eligibility test qualified.
• Desirable: Experience in electronic structure calculations, molecular modelling, and/or molecular dynamics simulations, and programming skills (C++ and Python). Strong foundation in mathematics.
• Relaxation: Requirement of NET/GATE may be relaxed for candidates from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) with CGPA > 8.000. 5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST Candidates.
