4. Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized University with ACS/ACA/ACMA OR PG degree in Economics/Commerce/Management/Law or equivalent with 50% marks.
Experience: Director: 15 years (7 in Senior Executive), Deputy Director: 9 years, Executive: Minimum 5 years.

5. Age Limit

Director: 50 years
Deputy Director: 40 years
Executive: 35 years

6. Salary

Director (Academics): Rs. 29.44 Lakhs per Annum (approx.)
Deputy Director (Academics): Rs. 16.81 Lakhs per Annum (approx.)
Executive (Academics): Rs. 11.54 Lakhs per Annum (approx.)
(As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix: Director Level 13, Deputy Director Level 11, Executive Level 8)
